Beauty is linked to fruit and vegetable consumption

it is well known and well established fact that eating fruits and vegetables makes us healthy and energetic. we also know from experience that food and beauty are related. therefor for healthy glowing skin it is necessary to intake more fruits and vegetables. but most of us do not aware about particular fruits and vegetable which are directly responsible for enhancing beauty. if any have knowledge about it please share..

If you do consume fresh fruits and vegetables it will enhance your skin for sure because these are loaded with nutrients. It does not really make you literally beautiful because if you are not born beautiful no amount of fruits and vegetables will transform your facial features but rather it will enhance your looks. A glowing and smoother skin is of course a plus factor and that can be achieved by healthy eating.

If you eat only plant-based foods, you will be beautiful inside & out. Such a diet has to be well-planned & done thoroughly, holistically & in an organized manner, preferably with the blessing of those around you. As mentioned before, beauty is more than just diet, but diet plays a much greater role than people tend to think. There are many more benefits of a plant-based diet than just beauty, but these have been discussed, at least in part, elsewhere.
It is my experience that not just certain fruits & vegetables are responsible for making one beautiful or to enhance beauty, or prepare the groundwork for the framework for beauty to blossom, but rather one's diet as a whole is responsible as a whole. Real beauty may begin only after you can stand up & say a resolute "no" to all animal products & thus firmly dismiss the killing energy that hangs around many people today. Then you will have self-empowerment, protection as well as a beauty that few can take from you.
As for particular fruits & veg that enhance beauty, there is no scientific basis for. These come from people having eaten such foods for a period of time & noticed they have become more beautiful. They may not have the same effect on others as there are so many variables from person to person.

I don't think that beauty is all about the things that you eat, but it is fair to say that your diet has an impact on the way that you look and feel. For example, I believe that my skin is a lot brighter and clearer when I have been eating a healthy diet than when I have let things slip a little bit. I also believe that drinking plenty of water can do a lot for a person, so everyone should make more of an effort to do this. I like to keep a bottle of water by me at all times when I am working, and I find that I sip from it quite regularly so this improves my intake a lot.

There are many fruits and vegetables that are linked with beauty. Each vegetable or fruit really works differently. Like tomatoes, they are good for our skin. Avocado are known to be rich in gluthatione (spelling correct? and many more. But what really good vegetable for me is the malunggay or horseradish. You can have it in the net for the information about that vegetable.
