Would they excel the way the world is right now? Would they get richer, or will they fail miserably?

One thing about the rich is- creep in jealousy and even the richest would become poor ! Well, the rich would get richer; but yet due to jealosy and other factors, the rich might end up in competition and we would have a very unstable lot!

What about the fact that they won't be able to ride on the backs of the poor?

when there is no poor, there is probably no rich people either and everyone would be equal in everything thus everyone will be doing everyone does... =)

Thankfully I am not rich. I hover between big chunks of dough twice a year from royalties of 11 books, and buttermilk rusks with my tea for the rest of the time. Money does not mean very much to me except for a little fun and being able to write. Today is a bonus because MyLot will increase earnings, so let me get to it.

I dont' think the rich would exist without the poor or the working class. We are the majority (the working class) and we do the grunt work. Without the people doing that, how would the rich make money? A CEO of a company couldn't be successful and rich if he didn't have his minions working for little to nothing (when he gets the profits). Know what I mean?

All this talk about being rich. It's just happy to be alive and enjoy good health. I would not want to be rich like the Trumps. I would have to wear all that make up and wear ten inch hills and suits and smile and pretend to be who I am not and my p's and q's. Imagine the queen. Would you like to be that reserved every day?

They won't fail miserably, but they would certainly have a lot of problems....may some will fall, but definitely not all. The poor provide a service to the rich in exchange for money. These days, many kids from rich families with maids and nannies are less capable ( not all of them) compared to when their parents are childrens...so if there are no poor to provide them with the services and they are not capable of doing it themselves, they will fail

They would have no one to cater to them and would have to do their own menial work.
