I have another batch of poison ivy! I had it about a month ago on my arms and even went to urgent care. They told me to take Zyrtec and use a prescription steroid cream. It took a month to go away and I still have some marks. Then this past week I get it again on my neck!! From my chin down below my neck. It is so raw and itchy. It also looks awful!! I have no clue how I got it since I was not doing any yard work. Does anyone have any suggestions for getting rid of it? or dealing with it? I appreciate any advice. Thanks.

Maybe it wasn't completely gone the first time before it spread and now it's rearing it's ugly head? we were alwys told oatmeal baths and calamine lotion. Maybe you could use oatmeal as a sort of "pumice" on your neck, scrubbing it real good with that, then rub it down with calamine. I think drinking fluids helps with any kind of infection like that, any rash that is.
Another thing I'd suggest is hydrocortisone cream, it's good for itch on my pitiosriasis.

nothing other than follow what your doctor or pharmacists says. I wonder how you got it again, that is weird.
