Registering at Wordpress

I have an account on Wordpress. But I want to upgrade so that I can have my own custom domain. What will I have to do for that? Is the facility available there to see when I log in? Please help me how should I go along?

Why don't you purchase a domain name from GODADDY DOT COM, and redirect your domain to wordpress. you just need to signup at Godaddy it will cost you around $15.

Yes, I am aware of this option. But can't I do the same without the help of GoDaddy? I mean, can't I have a domain directly registered at WP? I saw an upgrade info there stating that there is a $99 package. What's it? Are you aware of it?

Nope buddy! I don't use WordPress , so I know nothing about it. I use only blogger.

I am also with Blogger since two years now. So I am also not quite aware of the things with WP. But anyways, thanks for your reply.
