True unless both the vehicle and the driver are fully fit you cannot expect a safe journey I agree on both the points and would warn every one to be absolutely alert while driving a car. That is too dangerous to go against the rules.

I wonder why some of these drivers just drive so fast like they're flying. What are they trying to prove? When people complain about the slowness of a driver, I would say where can you find road signs that say DRIVE FAST? It's always SPEED KILLS or DRIVE SLOW. Driving fast is unacceptable. It is the number cause of accidents.

i agree whit you in whit the most parts but sometimes the slow speed is the cause of trafic accidents. also sometimes you have urgent stuff to do and you cant postpond your driving just because some rain has fallen. and also there are many distractions so its hard to stay focused and some drivers are not eaven trying to focus.

Accidents would be avoidable only when proper care should be taken fom all aspects. If you are driving a vehicle specially in india then you really need to be brave as most of the people are alwaya in a hurry and rarely follows the traffic rules. And most of them if driving a two wheeler does not wear helmets. Following traffic rules is very important by which we can controll accidents.people in india specially youth always behave crazy whenever drive. Either they want to impress their girlfrends or want to perform stunts. And in such condition they often commit a mistake and held responsible for the accidents. To avoid these kind of havocs the traffic police needs to be strict all the time and heavy fine should be imposed on the people doing these kind of irresponsible acts.

I think people are going over the top with states and driving. Back in the day when less cars were around people used to drive home slaughtered after drinking excessively at their local boozer. Nowadays we just blame stupid things instead of the driver. I can talk on my mobile while driving perfectly safely, I can also text/change radio station/maintain eye contact with a passenger/use no hands/1 hand/my knees/drive in terrential rain/mastered the snow...only time you will crash is a lapse of concentration or an error of judgement combined with excessive speed. Easy to avoid, just drive slower when at junctions/roundabouts.

For avoiding accident full care should be with the driver. He is the only person who is responsible for the accident. In our country people below 18 are not allowed to drive, what about your? I think that people above 18 will be much more matured so that they may not under go malpractices while driving.
