to dream the impossible dream

Can all dreams be possible? I just hope so. I am a girl, 21 y.o., petite, 5'2" in height. And within this little girl's heart lies a very big dream, impossible at that i think, to become a MODEL. I didn't realize this until i was in high school and heard about ANTM and eventually got gaga over it. I mean i envy those girls - tall, long-legged, posing and smiling to the camera, wearing those so-cool-over-the-top designer stuff, and walking on runways. How cool is that? But i got a little spark of hope when ANTM featured petite girls one cycle. Girls who actually stand less than 5'7" i guess. A model/friend of mine also once told me to audition as a model in some kind of agency or what and i told him I am not that confident. He told me a lot of girls aren't that tall and are actually shorter than me. Now that spark of hope became bigger. But i still haven't got that confidence and every bit of thing a model has to be. As of now, I've got to set aside this dream and someday maybe, just maybe, I'll have the courage and confidence to give this impossible dream a chance. Again, cheers to the "hopefuls".

YES all dreams can be possible if we are gonna work and be more focus about it. well, we need to improve things about ourselves which we think we don't really excel on it.

Hey, ever heard of petite models? Well I think you have, given that you are a gaga fan of America's Next Top Models ( While I'm at it, have you ever watch Australia's Next Top Model before? Its really cool too and the girls are aways soooooooo gorgeous!) I think you should be more confidant in yourself. Modeling is not always about the hight. If you notice, a lot of famous models are successful because they have special features that makes them different. They can have a deep dimples ( like miranda kerr) or gap teeth ( Lara Stone ). You should go and auditioned before it gets too late, there aint much old models out there. haahahah

If you want your dream to come true then make up you mind and start to audition while you're still young. The earlier the better. Bear in mind that the kind of profession you want is for the young and sexy. That's not a place for "thunders" if you know what I mean.

I really appreciate tall girls, I am a little short. Where there is a will, there is a way. There is a big dream inside your heart, go towards the target, I think you will be successful.
