Your Mom has one toe in Heaven and one toe on Earth. She's watching over you. She'd like to talk to you (Great, how to heck do I do that? We had trouble talking to each other when she was alive. Which is weird because she did come back and visit a week after she died, but nothing since). Your Mom said you're going to Heaven, too, but not right away. You have more time on Earth. She's pleased that you have a wonderful husband.
Your husband has been supportive thruout all of this, but he's suffering in silence. He's a very good man. He loves you and has been there for you.
Children, someone does not want you working with children. This person is plotting against you at your job. This person doesn't think people with cancer should be working. I don't have to worry about that until September. I think. I hope. We'll see.
You're going on a trip. No details as to where or when or how far away.
So if you were told all of this, what would you think?

Just a word of caution, although I would believe that there are legit spiritualists, I saw one time on T.V. a technique where fortunetellers and the like would give you very general statements wherein everything they say would somehow be correlated to your life, it works even with people they no little of and what more if they know a little something about your condition. Anyway I like what she said that you would have more time on earth, that i would believe and pray to be true

Yes, true, everything was very general.
I hope and pray I do have lots of time on Earth. The palm of my hand says I live to 70 (give or take 5 years). So at least to 65 and I'm 54 right now. So more time would be good considering the Drs. think this may be my last summer on Earth.
Thanks for belief and prayer with me, too.

oh come on friend, according to the bible ( sorry but that is what i believe in) " no one knows except the father" so no one knows when time is up , not even the angels or demons or even doctors. Healthy people die, movie stars and super athletes meet accidents and die before their time, so on and so forth... what's important is we live by the day, always giving thanks at the start and end of the day that we made it through, that goes for everybody, sick or healthy including me.

Unless a Prophecy is backed up with scripture, I would be weary of it and even if it is, I would study the part that is used in order to understand it the way it was meant to be understood, and not a "man's" way of thinking..

That is why I said, "I would study the part that is used in order to understand it the way it was meant to be understood, and not a "man's" way of thinking.." not only the culture, but the language is important to study.

I would think anything could be backed up by scripture since even the devil can quote the Bible for his own purposes.
To study the way it was meant to be understood, the scripture in its original language and with the original culture in mind. Because many of the translations aren't that great and because many do not understand the original culture, most people think in the current context.
For example, it is easier for a camel to pass thru the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the gates of heaven. Originally, I was taught, that the eye was a hole and the needle was a barrade or fortress around a city. A camel, in those days, would have to have all its belongings taken off, go down on all its knees and bow its head and crawl in because the opening was so small. Hense giving up all that he had and bowing before God on his knees. Assuming the original translation was correct and this cultural reference is correct. It makes much more sense than the eye of the needle in my sewing kit.
Take care.

I meant baracade, not whatever that other word came out to be.

All I can tell you is I had a reading a long time ago. I was looking for guidance in my marriage, my hubby had be unfaithful and I wanted to know if I should leave him. The answer I got was if I wanted to be married I should stay and work it out because he was the only husband I would have in this life. It was a great help to me. Was it true? I don't know, I chose to believe it.

I did tell my husband and it brought tears to his eyes.
He was there when the Dr. said I was incurable. He was there when the Dr. said all that could be done now was to slow the cancer down. He's been trying to be upbeat.

I see spiritualists as reading the energy around us, so in a way they tell us what we almost sense, but that our conscious mind might not acknowledge.
and it does sound like your mother does have one toe in heaven and one on earth, as presumably she is trying to make up for not being able to talk to you on earth.
though i don't know how you sort that out either, though recently i was talking to someone about his mother, who had a bad relationship with her, and i said that only he knew what went on between him and his mother, but he said to me that he was the person who knew her least, there were loads of people out there who knew his mother better than him, and saw her in a wider way, and i thought this an interesting insight, as we can get stuck in a relationship with someone, and only know a small part of them.
and what she/he said about your husband sounds true.
and maybe the thing about your job is something you have sensed, but not been able to pick up on.
and as for a trip, well it sounds like a nice idea.................

Hi, been a while since I heard from you.
Strange the relationsihp that some of us have with our parents to be sure.
My husband is very wonderful. I don't want him suffering in silence too much because he'll end up with ulcers or something.
Usually someone doesn't want me working at wherever whenever I work anywhere, so that is like the story of my life.
Reading the energy around us is interesting.

I think these things are pretty general and would make you think about how they relate to your life and worry about them. For instance...you going on a trip sometime, and somewhere...don't know the details. I can guarentee you 99 percent of people will be going on a trip sometime within their lifetime. Whether planned or not. As for your mother, spirtualists like to think that our loved ones are here with us as well as in heaven...nothing new here. Most people have someone that is plotting against them, chances are that she has 'brought this to light' you may see this a little easier. Jealously often follows anger. Not sure about your husband...could actually be true..but could just also be something she threw out there to make you think twice about the situation. I don't know, I personally don't believe in spirtualists. Too many general statements that seem 'specific' when your imgination runs with it.

Good points. Most are general.
My husband was not, but most men do suffer in silence when their wife gets what Drs think is a terminal illness.
