i recently saw the movie avengers and i was'nt very happy how hulk looks in this movie. about 20 % body fat and does'nt look real one.i am big fan of hulk and how he becomes more and more powerful as he got more n more angry.
i really liked the 2008 movie the incredible hulk .designers did a very good job in that movie. he was all muscular and looked more real.

I've never really cared about how the hulk looked...as long as I can tell its him. The actor they chose to portray him in the Avengers movie (Mark Ruffalo) was probably the best one ever. To me he seemed more believable than any of the other guys they have had before.

i have not seen Avengers yet but look forward to doing so. i was a huge fan of the comic books when i was younger and the Hulk was one of my favorites. the Ang Lee hulk movie was awful but the recent one was as you said very well done.
Not the easiest of super hero's to bring to the big screen.

yes exactly
there is no real story in 2008 hulk movie but still it did a pretty good business just because of his awesome look.
none of the other two hulk movies showed that how frustrated and angry bruce banner become because of general's continuous hunger to hunt down the hulk.
hulk rocks \m/
cheers and thank you,

I haven't seen the avengers version of the hulk. The 2008 version of the hulk is better than Ang Lee, i think the Ang Lee version of the hulk is somehow lack the sense of gravity. The way Hulk jump here and there is almost cartoon-ish. I think if you said that you're unhappy, i probably will agree with you as soon as i see the movie.

I have saw the Avergers.
I am sure Hulk is the most Niubility hero in the crew. Every other heros count on him to kick the big monster's a*s*s.
But I just wonder, what kind of boxer briefs Hulk wear? How high-tech.
It can accommodate the enlarged buns.
LOL.

I watched the Avengers and the Hulk never even strayed my mind, yeah well he made me laugh but that's it. He never was the center for me. hehe! And i definitely never notice his body, he always looks big and green to me no matter what. Because im avidly watching Mr. Stark and Loki. Capt. America's pretty useless to me. But good movie!

I'm already watched two Hulk's movies and Hulk from The Avengers. As you said the Hulk from his own standalone movies looked more better than the Hulk from The Avengers.
From some info i got somewhere, the Hulk we saw from previous two standalone movies are created fully with CGI effects. So we could say that the Hulk is only special effect.
For the Avengers' Hulk, i hear they created the Hulk based on real human with makeup and probably costume like what they did with Mistique in X-Men movies. With the makeup and costume they only need to give a little special effect to make the Hulk looked bigger than human size.
I think next time they must do a better job for doing the makeup and costume for Hulk so they would be better from now or maybe even better than the CGI one.

Everyone I have ever talked to thought that the avengers hulk they finialy got the hulk right. The hulk movies tanked. They did so bad, that they are hesitant to give the hulk another stand alone film. I didn't like the look from the 2008 film at all. It is about more then the look anyway. The hulk from avengers pleased a lot of people, they finally got him right.
