How to Install free games in Ipod touch without Credit Card ?

I have an gifted Ipod Touch.
Till now i only have been using it for listening games, watching videos and browsing Internet thru WIFI on it..
But now I want to Install games and apps on it for free..
I went thru i-tunes to install them, but it seems its asking for Credit card payment for making the first purchase to continue..
I dont own a credit card.. And since i dont own a credit card, cant i install apps and games on this ipod??
thats bad :(
I dont want to jailbreak it either..
I AM FROM INDIA and I have tried every other country including India but in the payment method, i never get "none" option.. why??
Pls help...

if you are serious to play games for free there is a solution for that..
just jail-braking your ipod touch..
jailbraking makes your ios device supposedly illegal but you can download all paying app for free..
its not bad that you want to jailbreak your device because many many ipod or iphone users want them to jailbreak their devices. and many of them have jailbroken devices. im one of them..
if you want to jailbreak your device just reply ill help you step by step..

You can make a free account on itune, you can search on search engines on how to do it. With this account you don't need to use a credit card. You only have to fill up the form. There are also free apps on app store that you can download with your free account. You can only download free apps, games, etc.
