Not quite bye bye, but part of it has, the part that was really getting on my nerves. Ive eventually figured out how to stop the stupid warning for every single new page that loads. I am now a happier web surfer, and if it happens again I know what to do. Anyone else had problems with their antivirus?

I'm glad you found solution to your problem with your antivirus. The problem I used to have with my antivirus before is the beeping sound that it creates every time it detect a virus, it uses pc speaker that's why even I lower down the volume, you can still hear the sound. But I'm glad that I don't have to worry anymore with that particular problem because I am now using different antivirus. Good day!

Yes, I think it is the best solution for this. Why we are going on with that kind of an antivirus ! Just uninstall it and install a new one. So many free antivirus softwares are available in the internet .

Yes, there are some antivirus which are really a disturbance for our browsing. But in my case I am using avast and it does not show any unwanted notifications. I am very glad with its performance too .

I don't have any problems with mines, byt then again, it may be due to what kind of anti-virus software you are using. You can set it to ignore certain web pages you browse daily and only pop up for those web pages thta may be a threat.
Then again, hackers have even hacked anti-virus softwares, so nothing is really "safe" anymore on the www.
