DKpetroleum - is it really own by UAE government?

Dkpetroleum.com is saying that they are own and running by UAE government. The site is an investment site and pays a minimum of 0.7% interest for 180 days with principle return. I don't believe the hyips much but if its really running by UAE government which running from 2001 then it deserves some interest. But the question is- is it really own by UAE government?

I doubt it.
The site is indeed registered in Dubai, UAE. However, not at any government office. I think the site is depending on he ignorance of foreigners not knowing where any Governemnt building is, and if they do a whois search, they would see Dubai, UAE and think "Oh, they really must be telling the truh".
Truth is, the site is a scam. I also cannot find any evidence of it being open since 2001. I can only find it was created in January 2012.
Avoid this site!
