Hai my dear friends...
Now I like to share my present condition with you..Before 2 days,I was not able to move my left hand because of hard pain..I don't know the reason..The main place of pain is that elbow of the left hand..and I went to consult a doctor with my sister..Then doctor prescribed me some medicine to increase the circulation of blood in my body..He said that the blood count is less..That's why this happened..and said me to check the blood immediately and take food correctly..I am really confused..What to do to return like a normal health?? I hope some suggestions from you my friends..
Thanks in advance....

Dassodils:
I am sure you must be less than 20 years. There may not be big issues. It may be due to worry about something which you cannot speak out openly or share with your close people.
It may also be due to some blood count differences. When I had a similar problem--I am 62+ doctor prescribed pain killer --zerodol -- that helped. after a few days he prescribed calcium tablets and that helped reduction of pain.
I wish you get cured early without any big problems.

Hi friend, sad to hear about this, don't think that you had a great health issue, this kind of issues are quite common with youngsters, so don't think you are a patient. Be normal and take diet to increase blood.

You are very young.Do not think too much of it.If you go and see a doctor and if he is a man of the present times he would ask you to take umpteeen tests to rule out unthinkable possibilities. Just see a doctor who is old and he will tell you something sensible. Secondly, avoid junk food like chips, friend items, snacks and biscuits .Take them just for a bit of taste and not for satisfying hunger. Eat dates and fresh fruits and vegetables. You will soon be alright

Hello Dassodils,
Well, I will suggest you to take the medicines prescribed by the doctor on time. Also, make sure to get your blood tested because blood test will help the doctor to know your actual problem. If it is possible for you to move your hand, then please try to do some light exercises, like stretching the arm in front and folding it back and doing the same thing in upward direction. But if it pains then don't do it.
Wish you good health dear
Take Care

I wonder what the blood count has to do with the circulation and also with taking correct food.
You need to know much more and also need some test to find out if the right food will help. For example if your body is able to get the needed vitamines and minerals out of the food. Also I doubt if the blood circulation will increase if you take the right food. Pain in your hand sounds like rsi or nerve problems which is something else as wrong blood ciruculation. I would advice you to go back and ask for more specific info.
