How long have you been unemployed?

What is your personal record for being unemployed? I have heard some that are baffling. I am on 3 years now. In this economy, it wouldn't surprise me to hear some very large numbers. Out of the time you have been unemployed how long have you vigorously searched for a job with no luck? How low did you stoop? What kinda crappy job were you willing to get paid minimum wage for, and still didn't get hired?

I was unemployed from I believe it was 07 to like '09. I wasn't actively actively seeking employment as I was going through a sort of depression phase then. I didn't get hired onto a job until 2011, and I still work where I was hired on. It will be a year in July. I've actually asked for fewer hours.
I don't "stoop" low because well I honestly have worked almost everywhere. I've wokred as a waitress, as a cashier, as a stocker, as a banquet server, as an in home aide, and now I am again a cashier. I don't really like being a cashier but a job is a job.
