Moderate intake of coffee (about 3 cups per day), a balanced and diversified and varied program of physical activity are important for a healthy lifestyle.
... I hear from a friend that's written on bags of coffee and I am hungry and going to make me a long milk, cream and cinnamon.
I think coffee effects are different for each. Some can not wake up in the morning without it, some drink just for the pleasure of taste and so on, everyone knows what it needs coffee every day.
Strong, with milk, no sugar, cream, sweet and sparkling ... Is this something that can reveal something about our character. How do you drink coffee?

Choosing what type of coffee to drink might reveal something about our personality. There is one commercial on TV which can be a good example of that. In this commercial, the suitors are being judged based on the type of coffee they like. I don't really drink coffee until I got married. I just learned it because my mother in law would always react when I took a bath in the morning without even drinking a cup of coffee. It has been a habit eversince. Before, I would usually drink it black and without sugar. But lately, I happen to like this creamer flavor vanilla caramel and would add that to my coffee.

Coffee is definitely a great drink for me and I need it especially in the morning because I feel I can't start a working day without enjoying it,and then I have one or two more cups throughout the day.Anyway, regardless of the type of coffee I drink,it's almost always an enjoyable experience and it's one of the pleasures of life that make my day better,so I simply can't imagine what's it's like not to drink coffee daily.

For me,sometimes it depends on the mood and what is available.
I like to drink coffee, used to have 3 cups a day or sometimes more and don't end a day without drinking even a single cup.
I like dark, brewed, with cream or less sugar.Sometimes I like to drink cold coffee during rainy days.

Usually a cup in the morning, with condensed milk. especially on a day when i need to keep focus on work or something. During my school years, i drank more at night, to keep me from sleeping while studying. it is not a good habit for teenagers, but i need the caffeine, or else i can't keep a good result. Boarding school is hard. Now i'm just happy with a few cups per week.

One cup a day was enough with no sugar at all. Some of the people who drink lots of coffee are most likely the elders because they think that coffee is good for the health and for me it was an anti-oxidant.

I`m a coffee drinker but i want it cold. I can`t drink at all if it`s hot. Any flavor is fine with me, i can handle too sweet or too bitter. I usually put condensed milk, not sugar. I can study properly or watch a movie marathon properly with my iced coffee. The effect of coffee to me is it can make me stay focus. But when i already drink more than 3 cups, i feel dizzy and sleeps the whole day

I don't drink much coffee and usually wait until the winter months to drink any at all. I do drink tea now, it's a habit I've recently picked up so I may carry it on into the winter months to keep me warm.
When I do drink coffee it's with creamer and a bit of sugar or milk to go along with it. I don't like my coffee too strong and I'd rather it have a nice flavor to it to go along with the season. Pumpkin Spice in October, Peppermint in December.

If I do drink coffee it is from Starbucks. I used to have one of their coffees at least three times a week, but now if I am lucky I have one once a month. The last time I had one was three months ago and I really do not miss it. My brother has three cups of coffee a day and he always puts two spoons of sugar and cream in his coffee. I know my parents drink several cups of coffee a day.

I worked in a coffee shop for 8 years so the smell still sometimes gets to me and the last you want to drink is coffee. I love ice coffee and bought a keurig machone with different flavours. Those I usually add cream, ice, and honey. Actual hot coffee I usually add sugar and cream sometimes I mix it with hot chocolate. But I don't drink a coffee a day, maybe once a week.
