Hello,
I don't think you can withdraw your funds through payza - debit card. As far as I know that option is still unavailable. What we commonly do is to exchange our funds to trusted fellow online workers. Do you have a facebook account? There are many Pinoy groups there where they exchange / trade funds.
Just be careful about whom your going to exchange with ok? we can't be too sure. Good luck!

Our option is bank wire which costs $15 per transaction. You can use any existing bank accounts to accept the money you're transferring. I, for one, use BPI atm account to receive my money. Of course, I only withdraw my earnings from Payza when I have more than $100.
