Good day Fellow Mylotters,
Due to various problems and trials I am encountering, most often times, I don't want to wake up anymore. As I just want to be asleep all day. That I don't want to think anymore on what to do as my mind was already tired and fed up. That there are also times I am wishing that when I woke up one day and on the next day, I can have the answers, solutions and remedy to my problems or it will be best if my problems will all gone away.

Hi dear. Sleeping off from your problems will not do you any good. I can't help you in anyway but maybe my advise will be of help. Try to take a deep breath and then compose yourself and start to talk to God. He can help you. Nothing is impossible with Him and He will never fail you. If you have tried talking to Him already and yet He has not answered your prayer then wait. It will come in time.
I know that it is not easy because I've been there for how many times now. But hey, I'm still alive and kicking and I was able to overcome all of those problems. And God is my only Helper at all times.
Maybe, my advise to you will not be acceptable to some but these is the least I could do and the least that I could give you. Just try, you will lose nothing, anyway. Just try. God bless!

I disagree. Sleeping could help a lot. When you are asleep, you may not be aware of anything. But your sub-conscious mind is analysing everything that is troubling you, searching for a solution. Often, when people wake up, they see the solution to their problem which they could not see while awake.

I know how you feel and I know its really hard, i've been there before. Sometimes we have lots of problems and we dont know how to face it we just want to sleep for a long time or just disappear so that we will never be hurt and not to think anymore. Sleeping is a big help to set help your mind to realx and think properly but sleeping too much is not good for us. I know your in troubles right know but be strong and face all your problems. All of these problems has a solutions and remedy just try to look for it and pray to help you and guide you in solving all your problems.

hi airasheila oh my you sound depressed for sure.But not waking up anymore is really a cowards way out.We all have problems but
how we look at them and deal with them , we need to let the
stress go.stressed out and depressed leaves you open to heart
problems.I think dealing with problems and getting them resolved
'goes a long ways to relieving stress and depression.Those that
remain must be thrown into a virtual garbage bag at one and forgotten so you sleep well. then on the morrow you will have
to dig them out and try to resolve most of them,Problems do not
go a way unless you find the way to resolve them.ask for help and enlist someone you care about and trust. two heads are better than
one when it comes to some problems.and once solved put it out of your mind.
Nobody is completely free from problems and some we must learn to live with like my permanently damaged foot. a ruptured tendon not treated right by a quack doctor left me withe this problem. I solved it with orthopedic brace and shoes. still there but at least now I can walk and that was the solving of that problem the problem misshaped foot stays there but I no longer let it upset me. t

I know what you feel.
Maybe you will say "you just say that" - I have been to rocky roads in my life.
I don't need to elaborate how deep I have fallen, but I manage to struggle with life.
I may say my kids gives me the courage that I need to, but, my own self is my biggest motivator.
I hold on to my faith and often fall down on my knees to ask guidance from HIM and not asking question why it has to happen...or why I have to go through all the trials in life.
I never did...I never questioned God about it.
I only ask forgiveness and guidance.
HE lifted me and I woke up one morning- all my worries are gone.

Hello Airasheila, That depends on what is your condition when handling this problem of yours. If you have been trying to think of a solution if you're condition is tiring, sad,dpressed, or sleepy, I think you should go to sleep first. refresh your mind and let it flow so that it can give you better ideas for you to find and solve it on your own.
Sleeping it out is probably the best way to think it over and no let beat yourself into solving. focus and stay clear on your head, you might find a solution.

hi,
that is happen to me in the evening especially when i have some problem at home or even in my work,that keeps me thinking of it until i can not sleep even though i really wanted to sleep and rest,i am thinking what should i do for that problem to resolve it.

How I can relate with this one, and many times it is how I have felt as well. Especially when I am frustrated with some of the things going on around me. But for me this is one of the times I really find coming in here and posting back to some of the many discussions here, or ones I have started to be a Big help. And when things really feel at their worst that is when I choose to start a New discussion and talk about some of the things as well.

Hi,
Reading your discussion reminded me of how I did exactly the same thing till a few months ago. I can fully empathize with you for that reason. I was facing a lot of troubles in life and had to live in perpetual tension. I got no relief or peace of mind when awake. I would always lie down and try to drift off into sleep. I noticed that while being asleep I was free from every worry in life. I never wanted to wake up since everything would come rushing back to me. My tension started all over again once I woke up. However, by doing this for long, I put on a lot of weight and always felt a loss of energy. I can understand that you are facing some major problems in life. I have realized that sleeping and running away from problems is not a solution. Therefore I do not sleep anymore. It was negatively impacting my health while I felt that I was at peace when I slept. Now I face boldly whatever problems crop up. I hope you can get relief from everything that is plaguing you at the moment. It would be good to share with people close to you or here if you think friends can help you out through discussion. You need to vent out everything that you have in mind. Or else problems continue to give us pain. Even if the problem won't disappear, you will feel a lot better by talking to those who care. God bless.

These days,i feel like also having problems about my sleep.So i hope that i could also stop thinking too much and make myself relieve from pressure.This can only decide by yourself and try to tell youreslf,you will really find it helpful.Just try this.

Sometime i do like that but in fact we have to face our problem ...then sleeping is not a cure...better you should not sleep whole day, you will be tired later and then can't think anything more. take your time to think of your problem and find the way to solve it...right now you don't have a solution but later you will have, trust me...
If you just leave it there, then your problem is not solved and you are headache with it more...Remember you are the person who think and solve your problem, no one else..

Yeah. I also wanted to do that. These days I haven't had a real good rest when I relax and just let everthing go. It's because of my work, my relatives and adjusting to this place that I am new.
