It is but, its fun. the main thing is that you have to add things like a picture window and text spots and a ton of things but, they have a thing that will walk you through it., I dont know how much they pay and i think you can use your article but you might have to adjust it into diffrent paragraphs i would just check out some others articles to get an idea for how its step up.

I always thought writing in triond was a waste of time. And still think that. You don't earn much. I write at Squidoo and I have less than 20 lenses and I'm doing a pretty good job in there.
You can also try Hubpages, hubpages is less confusing than squidoo. Squidoo can be confusing at first but then you get the hang of it.

The bad thing about squidoo is that you would need to promote your articles first before they will allow your article to be indexed by search engines. You would also need to be active in the squidoo community to be successfull. I know that there are people that are doing good in squidoo but if you want to have a straightforward experience(just writing some articles and nothing more), then I would suggest other sites like hubpages for example.

The best writing site according to me... No wait! The best paying site according to me, is Knoji.
You can get paid in advance for any article you write. But it has so much more, than just writing - paid reviews (you can get paid a maximum of $20 per review!), coupon verification (I get paid a straight dollar for verified coupon), company Q & A (I started with 30 cents per answered question, but now, its down to 8! My fault! ), and yes, you can get paid upfront for your normal articles too.
I have never earned less than $20 from the site. Also, there's no withdrawal limit - as long as you have even a cent in your account, they will send it to your PayPal (and PayPal will eat it up!).
Just this month (the last month), I earned $22.5, and this month (being my vacations), I'm on my way to a HUGE $100!!!!
Sorry about a bracket-overuse... I couldn't do without them! Yeah, I can put my money on Knoji any day that it is by far, the best writing and paying site that I have come across.
Good luck.

I'm not sure but I think I joined Knoji back in February of 2012. And the $20 started coming in when I got promoted to an Expert - there are more opportunities as you climb the ladder, and better earning ones too. I currently have around 20 articles there, but you need just 4 articles in a row to get promoted to an Expert. I guess that answers quite a lot of your questions.
Oh, yeah! Did I tell you that you get paid upfront for product reviews? The minimum amount that you can get paid is $3 and the maximum amount is $20. Mine is somewhere in the middle, but I think it's worth it.

I've heard Squidoo is a good place to go, although I have never tried it myself. After the problems I've had (and a lot of other people have had) with Triond, I can safely say that you are making the right move away from them.
They have really gone down hill, and I don't think they can recover from all the bad publicity they are receiving now.

I think triond is a legit paying site, they don't pay much, but they pay
I am earning almost a dollar per month and i get it automatic to my paypal account so i don't think much bad things about triond, but i think i will try this squid site to see how is it :)

Well, I'm currently using experts column myself and I think it's way better compared to triond. I think you should continue to write on triond but once you publish your article on triond, you can copy and paste it on ecoerts column. Yes, you are allowed to do that. In my experts column, I basically copied and paste all the articles from my triond and so far I've been earning quite decently! And I don't even have as many articles as you do!
