I was having the same problem last month, so we called and it turned out that there was a glitch and the system said my speed was supposed to be slower than what I was paying for. We need very high speed since my husband plays online MMO games. They might also be having issues with the hubs in your area. If you call up you might also be able to get a credit for the times where your internet speed was not what you were paying for.

Well, I understand perfectly well that when the internet connection is slow, sometimes you lose patience, in short, makes you worry! The causes are many, first I tested to see if your computer is perfectly "clean" also from any foreign matter that may slow down. We must then figure out if this connection is slow in a temporary thing rather than perpetual (or rather, that lasts for a long time). I also long ago I had trouble connecting, but then it was only a temporary affair thankfully.

I don't know how I can make your internet connection any father because I am not there to help you in person, but I can honestly say that I have been there before, and I know exactly how it feels.
