I smoke cigarettes since the year 1999. 13 years that I'm literally ruining! Bad in all respects! It is really time that I want to stop this bad habit of smoking! I understand that the first time will be terrible, especially for a heavy smoker like me. This is a very difficult battle, but I want to do our best to emerge victorious! I ask at those who have succeeded in business, the first days (and I know for sure) will be very hard, but when is that my body be able to free the request of nicotine? Or rather, how long does the desire to smoke a cigarette? Please share your opinions.

I know this is a hard thing to do. My dad has had this problem for over 20 years. And some friends I have seen blu cigs work for at least 10 people. There like e cigs. it will cost maybe 80 to get it all but you get to keep reusing and it'll save you 1000 in the end. Try going to blucigs.com and if you wanna just do it cold turkey it take bout 5 days for nicotine to be out of your system but maybe even up to a month for the idea of smoking to fade. Finding something else to do with your hands or mouth can help. Like sunflower seeds or gum. Either way you go good luck and I know you can do it!

This is good for you. I am glad to hear that you want to stop smoking. It may be difficult but it is still possible. My dad had smoked for a long time in the past. One day he wanted to get rid of it. When he felt like smoking, he would go to do the housework immediately, such as mopping the floor. It would make him distract from smoking. He kept on it for a week and he didn't feel like to smoke so much. And after a few months, he totally quit smoking. I hope his experience will be helpful for you. Good luck! I love China
