People who scare of love

Earth is weird place because we have people who scared of water (I do not know which phobia is it called ) though human is present on earth because of water.
We are hungry for love and we can do anything for it but what would you tell a person who scare of love and do not like being loved and being love.
What can be the reasons?
Scare of loosing that person can be one of the reasons, thinking what can be other reasons?

I have one of such, am not exactly sacred of love - its just the feeling of being betrayed and being backstabbed some number of times. After that, you tend to avoid contact with anyone. Some does it well, some suffer

yes, it can be because of the previous experiences and fear of being betrayed and back-stabbed.
yes, after break ups and bad experiences we cannot trust easily on others and we consider all same but we should not do that because everyone is not same and we should give chance to ourselves and our life, we have right to live good and happy life.

I guess, you are really experienced bad things and people and that is why you do not like those people who cheat in love.
you need to understand that some people are meant and think that way they do not think about front person and they like to get pampered and loved from many people.
life is moving forward and forgetting our bad past.
