1 minute survey turned into 60 minutes this happens more often then not, as some of you that do surveys are aware of, the unfair thing is these long surveys are set to close or time out if you leave it for more then 5 minutes So of course that means if you have to use the lady's room or men's room you risk losing that survey because of their time out settings that's messed up Have you ever waited to take a bathroom break or wanted to grab a snack but didn't for fear of losing that long survey due to session time out, and don't you agree it's unfair that survey sites/company set the surveys to time out if you leave it for a few minutes?

Dear I stopped using a survey sites some time ago.i think it's unfair how surveys are.they are a quick way to make money but surveys are fusty sting to do and you can't pause it and take a break minute surveys turn into hours be shelf this reason.i have been to some survey that will let you pause it and they will email you to resume it . This survey was on swagbucks and not all the surveys are the same.i wish I could find a site that would let you resume . Then I would go back to survey making.

I've had surveys that would hang on me at some point leaving me unable to finish..some will pass me as a suitable candidate after the demographic questions, only to find in the middle they'd have a question NOT applicable to my demographic..I reported one (yesterday) that did this, and the survey providers compensated me for missing out with some extra points towards my balance..nice!..I have to say I haven't had a problem (yet!) with surveys that would have a time limit for completion and cut me off..I can usually work right through and complete them, but I've also done some where I've left off to go to work, come back, and completed it then! It's best to plan your bathroom or meal breaks before an extended online session..just in case..

learn't my lesson with that one.I always go to loo or take a snack to the computer before starting a survey. It is unfair they time you out especially if it is a long survey and you have done all that work.Never mind there has to be rules and it is all a learning curve.

I am screened out of many surveys but the few I can complete helps me understand what you are referring to. I have done surveys that last 45 minutes to an hour and they are literally back-breaking. Yes I have had this experience of fearing to leave the survey for few minutes as they automatically close. This is the most unfair thing these survey sites can do to respondents. First of all they set up uninteresting surveys, bombarding us with tons of useless questions and then they will not let us take a break. I think this has happened with me about 4-5 times and now I never leave one alone if I am not screened out. I make sure to control (you know what I mean) or to suppress my hunger pangs till I have completed the entire questionnaire. But they should make some considerations for us. After all we are human. Would they be able to endure such long surveys without a break? I wonder why they are only concerned with making money and never bothering about anything else. Some surveys have such boring interfaces that sometimes I feel like quitting taking surveys. But there is only good site that I found that gives us questions that takes only 2 minutes to answer. So far I am sticking to these sites.

Totally unfair. I'm not sure why people need to put time out in survey. Unless if it is for security purpose like bank account. And to make thing worse, the so called 1 minute survey is a lie. The survey is so lengthy and repetitive. Especially those that we didn't get paid, but the question is repeat again and again, but I can't say no that I have to go and force to finish the survey. Sigh~

Surveys... I've stopped taking them for some time but I remember how vigorously persistent I was when I was taking them. I would actually empty my bladder before surveys start because I wouldn't have the time to finish if I had them during it; For my first time however, they are very unreasonable. I would recommend however, to actually go faster. Some things are easier to just skim and pick the right one, especially the "For Quality Purposes, Choose X." Those questions should be easy to pick off since they're the longest of the usual choices. Otherwise, it's simply easier to choose a random answer and move on.
