When I was in high senior school, I began to write diary. Until now I have written for for nearly ten years. Usually I write some unhappy things on my diary, there is no one I would want to talk to about these moods and my deep heart. It is a pity that in recent days I don't write diary everyday.
Do you write diary like me?

I don't write diary everyday as you do now. But when I face some important things, especially I have some bad feelings, I will write diary, tell her my deep emotion. After that I fell too much better.

I began to write diary long ago. Because it was the homework, I didn't like to do it and understand the true meaning of writing diary. Until I was in University, I write diary frequency on my own initiative. Usually I write down what happened the day, where there are happy thing and unhappy thing. Through it I will think what I did wrong and what I can learn. Writing diary accompanies me to grow together.

Diary writing is one thing that has always fascinated me. Taking flights of fancy is what I loved in diary writing along with mentioning the facts. Like many people, I started diary writing when I was in college that was about ten years back. I wrote the daily happenings in it that were related only to my college life on that particular day. It was a really fascinating experience. All the pictures stood before my eyes at the end of the day. I wrote all the good and the bad things there.
However, as responsibilities increased, I didn't get time to peruse my hobby, that I kept alive for almost one full year. To be active that long was an achievement in itself for me. Today, whenever I read all those things, it takes me down the memory line. I get lost in the nostalgic moments for hours and hours together.

Yes it is indeed a sorry feeling to let the diary aside. However, there are more important things in life that demand priority from us apart from diary writing. Diary writing is a self-chosen hobby that one develops. However, there are some works and responsibilities that are forced on us and we cannot let them alone. So, it can take a toll on us, and things that are lesser vital in our life at the moment have to take a backseat - diary writing in my case.

With the ages going up, we don't have too much time to express our deep emotion on the diary, To be honest, it really costs too much time to write diary. I don't know when I will go on to write diary.

I did think about writing a diary, but then I felt what would I write in it? I thought about writing my moments of happiness and joy, but there had always been friends and family around to share my happiness with, so there was no point writing it in a diary. Then I thought writing about my weak moments or about my emotional stress or may be some not so happy stuff in it. But then I thought why should I write out about my pain and keep it alive in pages. Rather I should try not to think about it. So, finally I decided not to write a diary.

You do right when writing down when you are in deep emotion. I know it is good if we can't share our problems with anyone. However i am very lazy to write down on papers so that i just try to pass it only. I also don't like to share my problems with anyone also.

Eh, different people have different ways to reduce their emotional stress. Talking to other people your true feelings is also a good way to ourburst negative emotion. But I don't like talking to others about my deep emotion, so I choose to write it down.

It will be do harm to yourself if you hide your true emotion, especially negative emotion. Psychologists always need to share their emotion with others. For males, they seldom say too much to other, there are too many things, too much burden in heart. Try to relax yourself and share the beautiful life.
Best wishes.

I used to write a diary when I was in high school, but stopped writing because my brother in law found it somewhere and he read it in front of my 3 sisters and they were teasing me and laughed about it. I cried so much from embarrassment and why they touched my personal stuff. So, after that I promised myself that I will never write anything secrets anymore.

I also always had people read my journal or diary, so now when I need to talk about something I write articles, blog posts, or stories so I can get the feelings out but people don't really know it's about me. :)

I think it is a good way to get the feelings out. I always write down my sadness and don't read it any more. I don't want to remind that feelings. It just like I re-experience it.

When I was in my first year in college i tried to until last year but right now sad to say i haven't much time to do so,In fact writing here seems a diary for me.
And sometimes I took some pictures as one way of remembering things or special events that I can't write due to my hectic schedule

I'm fond of writing in notes any emotions I have. And I have a diary but what Im writing in a diary is what happened to me on that particular da. I've been writing in my diary since three years ago. I wrote everything on it. I wrote there what I buy, I wrote there when I grocery. I wrote the special dates the memorable one. It's good to have a diary to keep track of time you spent for the whole year. And to remind us what we do this particular day. And to remind us the special dates in the calendar we had.

I can't keep track of a diary. hahah. I only write when i feel like writing. I usually make an entry when i'm in love or heart broken. That's an interesting topic to write in a diary. and now, when i read those that i have written, i just laugh at myself. Just a funny thing that i was able to write all those things. lol.

Wow. Writing a diary for ten years? That is discipline right there! I can never do that. I use to write my diary when I was a kid. But i guess i have low persistence, so as you might have already guessed, I quit it. Well, sort of anyways. Now i would write in my so called diary for like once every few months when I'm feeling very stressed out or angry about certain things because those are the times when I write the most and therefore pretty much explains what I've been up to.

I was in fourth grade when I first wrote in a legit diary. I stopped for a while, and it didn't become habitual for me until I was in the sixth grade. Since then, I have been keeping notebooks as diaries/journals, and writing has become a part of my habit. I could keep on writing on a daily basis, except during the times when I am busy with school work and such.
Being able to write on a diary could serve as a therapy because you are able to express your innermost thoughts and emotions, without actually doing any harm on others other than the paper you wrote upon. Aside from that, writing in a diary has become a training ground for my writing skills, as well. I think that this activity has helped be improve my skills in writing, in general. Now that you've mentioned it, I suddenly missed writing an entry on my notebook. :)

Hi, i write in diaries but never get it write on all the pages. I know about writing the truth about ourself and when it falls on a wrong hand its not good. My cousin at one time left her diary at her friend's home so the secret wasnt a secret anymore but at the end of it the two became closer. I have also changed my style of writng in the diary rather than writing all the negative i only write about good and positive things only. And with the handphone i can just type in my phone diary.

It is good to write positive things on the diary. When we look back, we will feel sweat and happy. But I have written too many bad moods on the diary, So every time I reread my diary, I would feel sad again.

I used to write diary but I discontinue writing after my high school studies. But now in my present job, I have to write my diary everyday as one of the requirements in our agency. We call this journal. This way, we could easily trace the activities that we had on the previous days. We are using this to make a report on our monthly, quarterly and annual accomplishments. Diary or journal is a very source of information that we might be needing in the future.

Yes before when I was in high school I have a diary where I wrote down all my happy and sad moments of my daily life. My diary served as my bestfriend before because I write all my problems, achievements and secret love in my diary. It makes me happy when I read what written to my diary because it reminded me of my youth. But when I entered college I stop doing it because I go busy on my work and study. Until now I dont have enough time to write so I dont have a diary anymore, after all I have a hasband whose always listening to my happy and sad stories.

I used to write diary when i was in school. It was fun, writing down your experiences from the day or even the process of remembering what really happen that day while sitting down on the table trying to write your diary. But as time goes by, i get busier and busier to a point that i got less time to write anything on my diary. I end up stop doing it as i really hate the feeling of missing one or two day in my diary. Feels like life is incomplete.

I don't think so, there is no difference writing diary between girls and boys. Girls are always delicate, however boys are always thick lines and they don't like saying too much about their deep heart.

I've written when I was a child. I sometimes miss a few days to write. Until one day I felt reluctant to write diary again. Do not know why reluctant to write again.
I think diary is more like outpouring of the heart.

Yes, just as you have said, I consider writing diary as outpouring of the heart. Often I write some negative emotion on the diary which I don't want to talk to others. It is a pity now I don't write diary everyday. When I was in college I live in the dorm and write diary everyday just as wash face.
