Worst surprise came when my wife asked me for money to pay the property taxes on the house we owned. Then with money she paid a lawyer to start her divorce proceedings against me.It was horrible.

welcome to mylot. very sad. with your money she proceeded against you. again wife /husband -- that again depends on luck just as our birth itself depends on luck--a few are born in good families a few are born in bad families.

The divorce was ugly, costly, and horrifyingly painful, but in the end worth every darn penny that I lost.Have a nice day and walk on the sunny side of life always cheers.
Uhmm...not because I am unlucky, just because I am a fool, she fell on my head.I am lucky to be born in a good family.

When my first born was diagnosed with a possible illness. It's complicated and he is o.k. so far and it could maybe develop into something in adulthood and maybe not, that is the rotten part, not knowing if it will ever develop into something. But that was the worst thing that has ever happened to me and the darkest time of my life.

For souls:
welcome to mylot. yes. illness for self and our relatives -- it comes without any prior notice thereof. some children are born with very good health while a few have problems -- it will be a big blow for parents when their children get major illness.

Thank you sir, yes it sucks. It's one of those things that some people live with their whole lives and never even know they have and then for others it develops into a serious condition.
He has no signs of any of the symptoms yet at all and he's eleven and the doctors say this is great but there is always that doubt in the back of my mind that one day his condition will make itself known. I only hope I am still young enough to be able to help him then as it has to do with an organ. Thanks for your kind words.
