Video Games and Violence

I think the potential is there if kids aren't taught the difference between video games and real life. That's the parents responsibility.

no i don't really think that it have anything to do with violent kids! I just think that some parents should take more care of thir kids! Of cause it could be some of the same kids who gets violent, because their parents never were there, so they just played videogames! But is it because they played the video game, or is it something else theres wrong in their life?

Dam you knicked my next discution lol just aswell i checked first:) well my view on it is that i dont really think they do i mean no matter what you do to prevent them from seeing violance there is always something promoting it i mean dam even the news shows more violance and destruction than some games and thats reality. I mean hell my little one was watching a kids show with puppets and they were hitting each other with sticks in the show so people who try to blame video games need to get a life as there are far worse things hapening in the real world

In my case no ! But violence in games is not good for the little kids ! They practically don`t have a childlife like we had ! That`s my opinion i hope you agree with me .

This is a good question. Video games promote violence but do they cause it? I would say no. People cause violence.

No it is the people that act them out in real life that causes violence.

i don/t think video games cause violence bit most of the childeren are attracted atowards tha videa games and thay are spoinling their life with getting addicated towards their schoollife

its a game its not real if you cant see that its not real you shouldnt be playing it its that simple and the game doesnt make you do anything

i dont think so at all.....i play GTA San Andreas and i dont go shooting ppl. BUT if the kid doesnt know the difference between video games and real life...then it can cuase an issue

Violence is in a persons nature, a violent person my get ideas from the game, however it not the fault of a game or the developers. The people who blame violence on violent games are the one suck at them anyway so who cares what they think?
