Mylotters, You know that I am not a College grad especially my Big Brother. A friend of mine who are already in Singapore told me that Minimum Level N and O are only meant for Singaporean Resident and Permanent Resident applicable only? And for those Foreigner like me who likes to work in Singapore I must be a College Graduate? Is there really true? I am really losing hope to go to Singapore to have a better life and able to send my Big Brother to school again. I hope you can help with this problem.

Yes, minimum of N and O levels are only applicable to singaporeans or Permanent residents because we are citizens of singapore. As for foreigners, if u want to land a good job in singapore, u must be attain quite a high level of education status before u get any chance. UNless you are willing to settle for lesser known jobs, such as service industry, working and study at the same time, attain the right qualification and u can look forward to better job

Do you think I am joking? For your information I am not joking. My brother is been a Bread Winner for more than 8 years now and He is not a college graduate. But he was able to find a stable job. I want to risk just like him since I have a higher education than him yet I can't find a job for me. So I could send him to college and finish College because I know he has more to offer if he is only a College Graduate.
