Has anyone read the Stephen King book 'IT'? If so what did you think of it? I thought the story was very scary and the book was well written. I think there's some very creepy imagery in there!

I have read many Stephen King works, since I consider myself a fan, IT included. I just love thew way he writes and I like to believe that the way I write is greatly influenced by his works. Most of his stories never fail to scare or amuse me.

I also thought that the movie adaptation for, It, was a bit lacking, choybel. This is good news to hear that a new version is being made. I hope that this one is better.

Stephen King's stories doesn't seem to disappoint me, I have been a Stephen King fan for years now, since I read my first SK book The Green Mile. I read IT, I can say it is ok. I am quite disappointed about the movie adaptation though. Over all, that is a really a nice story.

Oh will definitely look forward to it. The first one is watchable, but not worth watching again. I hope this one is better and scarier.

I'm a huge Stephen King fan and have been for years. "IT" isn't my favorite book by him, but it is a very good one. It reminded me of my childhood phobia of clowns, which of course I outgrew by the time I got older and read the book, but that did creep me out just a little.

Hello Sb88p
I have read Stephen King's, 'It.' Although it is not one of my favorite King books, I did enjoy it and found it especially creepy. I think that part of the reason that I found it so creepy is that at the time I read it I was working all night and was often around corpses.
