i Wanna be fat

I get frustrated, since high school, my weight never increase. almost all i tried to increase my weight, but never gave good result. anyone have an idea to increase my weight...? thanks, have a nice day

Eat Junk food... Every Day. Don't exercise, stay on MyLot the entire day (or sleep). Have a bacon strip as a snack if necessary. Make soda your everyday drink. Have nachos as a midnight snack. (I totally regret making myself so hungry this early in the morning. :P)

@mcCreeper. sorry but I think in making him fat, i think, you are suggesting wrong diet and things.. eating less or more, not doing exercising are bad habits and we should avoid it. try to have fruits which have proteins and fat and do exercise daily to increase your blood circulation.

hello there, i realy understand your feeling, i have this feeling too since long time, i tryed everything, eat more sleep more, go to the gym,, but nothing happend, all I can get its 4 kilos more, but never finish any program that i start, i belive that u can get more weight, but its not that easy that you think, so if u have volanty and you can follow my easy programe, then do it and let me know about the result after 3 months: first ; go to the gym 3 times a week, for 1h.30 max (u have to do peramidal exercices)its easy ask ur triner about it. 2nd,and the most improtant, eat eat eat every 3 hours,, and to hel yourself, get meaga max if u realy want to incrase ur weight, if u go to the gym and u don't take meaga mass every day, u will just loss more weight and get strong muscles. 3rd belive me u have to clear from your mind all those like i have to increase my weight, or 'im not looking good, or ......) just be normal and enjoy ur life. belive i tried so hard, and the better i got its 3kls more in 2 months, but it happend for me ones, ihad a job far away from home in the sahara, it was for 45 days, and when i came back home i found my self with 5 kls more, u know why???? because the food was awsoom, ( breakfast, lunch, dinner), so i found out, if you it very good you get more grass because for us skinny ppl we need to eat double or triple of what normal ppl eat, they 25000clr a day, and we need 37000clr a day just to keep our weight. hope this helps but the most improtant, dont think about it, live urlife as you are and be happy

hello valerious... i notice 'm gaining weight these days. my indicators are my loose fitting clothes they fit me now:( what's been added to my diet are sweets like ice cream and chocolates. and i have not ran with my dogs for how many months now. i don't like to be fat at all i just want to have normal weight for health reasons and i plan to regain my thin body soon but if you really want to be fat add sweets to your diet and don't exercise at all.

i wonders, why women is more easy getting fat, but a men, it's hard... if i don't exerceise at all, will I have a healthy life? by the way, thanks for the advice...good luck to you..

We have the same problem, I'm having a hard time to gain weight but we don't have to put it on a wrong way. Try to eat more carbs and eat little meal but more often, they says it better than eating a full meal 3x a day.

I envy people eating more than usual then they still don't gain weight, try eating rice, and ask doctors advice for vitamins that fits you.

If you are still young, I would advise you to continue eating a well balanced diet. As you age, you will gain some weight as your metabolism slows down.

if you want to increase your weight have healthy food and exercise daily. it is depend on you whether you want to unhealthy fat person or a healthy person who is in shape (not thin or fat) have food which is healthy and schedule your time of breakfast, lunch and dinner. do not skip your meals and have on time. fruits which are rich in fat - banana, avocados etc. drink milk, have dry fruits, eggs dishes (without yolk, because it is bad fat).
