Review about flippa.com?

I recently visited a site called flippa.com In this site you can buy or sell a site.I saw many sites their costs.Many sites features are written there like monthly earning of adsense and affiliated links. Have one more question I saw two sites in which you can book tickets, choose hotels for reservation when touring outside.You can make money besides if any one buy nothing from the site.Because, they have trackers and tracking commission will be given to you or something like that. Is this true or not?

Not all the information on the for sale website on flippa is true better check if the site that your planning to buy REALLY earns, because if it does i don't find any reasons why the site owner will sell it. better hire someone who have a knowledge on website building and create a site that you really love and enjoy. i think you have some cash to spend because your planning to buy some sites anyways. :)

Owners said that we build sites from scrape and just sell.We dont have time to run the site.

So the site was built primarily to sell and thats what they really do. But sites needs traffic to monetize if they have time to run it, it means the site don't have regular traffics and the buyer still have to promote it to generate some.

Almost all information on flippa would likely be overblown. I am not an expert on using flippa but i think you should rigorously check if a site your are interested is really worth it.
