Disciplining employees..

I am currently the head of Human Resource Management particularly on discipline section. I do enjoy my post since its full of real life stories from employees involved in different cases. I do investigations, interviews, administrative hearings, issuance of memos and notices up to the final recommendation of the case decision. The sad part is to see an employee crying, asking for another chance..The eyes everywhere, as if everyone does not want to see you coming near them or even your shadow, or just wishing you bad luck always.. They just don't know the feelings of being torn between implementing a company policy and being just human having consideration and pity over a worker.. Really, no one seems to like the world discipline in a work environment...
