How can I tell my boss that their favorite talks behind their back?

It crazy, I usually dont care but my boss has those eyes for someone who is just using them.What can I do but laugh.

I'd say it depends on whether or not you like your boss. If you do like your boss, send him/her an anonymous note telling him/her what you suspect. Let your boss then decide whether to watch this other person more closely or not. If you don't like him/her, then say and do nothing, let them find out for him/herself that they are being used. That's what I would do, anyway.

Yeah I see both points, I dont like to see other people get hurt I have been there like everyone else and it doesnt feel good even if I dont realy care about the person who its happening to. I figure if it wasnt my business then I would see whats going on, I like that anonymous not thing. But as usual even my not so close people come to me for advice. Thanks guys.
