Warning to all! Whenever you buy recharge cards, don't scratch with nails for it contains silver nitro oxide that can cause skin cancer. This is based on the new findings of United States!
I received this message just now and it also included some healthy tips to avoid cancer. You may want to read below:
1. Answer phone calls with your left ear
2. Don't take your medicine with cold water
3. Don't eat heavy meals after 5pm
4. Drink more water in the morning, less at night
5. Best sleeping time is from 10pm to 4am
6. don't lie down immediately after taking medicine
7. When phone's battery is low to last bar, don't answer the phone, because the radiation is 1000 times stronger.
Although I don't exactly understand everything, I'd like to follow the healthy tips above. I think I have to sleep early every night.. Good health to all!

Many of these are 'urban myths' and most don't have any substance or truth at all.
The worst is the last one: "When phone's battery is low to last bar, don't answer the phone, because the radiation is 1000 times stronger." This is COMPLETELY false and makes no sense at all. There is also no reason at all why you should answer phone calls with your left ear rather than your right.
Eating a heavy meal after 5pm is probably relatively sound advice. The body's metabolism changes in the evening and during sleep. More fat is stored if much food is eaten in the evening. It takes around 3 hours for the stomach to digest a full meal and this may make the natural process of the need for elimination happen during the night if the meal is taken much after 8pm. Drinking more water at the beginning of the day and refraining for a couple of hours before sleeping is just common sense and avoids having a full bladder during the night.
Regarding taking medicine, it rather depends on what medicine one is taking. It is certainly better to take it with luke-warm water rather than cold water because this will reduce the shock to the stomach but the advice not to lie down immediately after taking medicine really only applies if the medicine is likely to cause nausea or reflux.
Please don't believe these things that get circulated by text messages and email ... and NEVER forward them! Very often, the people who originate them only do so because they WANT you to circulate them to all your friends. Certainly with email 'round-robins' like this, the intention is that, eventually, the message will end up with someone who harvests email addresses to use for spam. Then you and all the people you sent it to will wonder why they receive so much spam in their emails!

The first warning about scratch cards is COMPLETELY BOGUS: http://www.hoax-slayer.com/silver-nitro-oxide-cancer-warning.shtml
PLEASE always check the validity of any claims you receive and think about forwarding or reposting. Many of them are just useless junk and many could cause actual harm either through bad advice of by frightening people unnecessarily. Most of them are posted with an ulterior motive of harvesting email addresses, gaining 'likes' on Facebook or just simply seeing how far a message will spread!

Oh really, I didn't know all these. Thanks for your kind advice and yes it maybe right that they are just harvesting emails. Maybe this is also the reason why I'm receiving a lot of friend request in my YM. Thanks for letting us know. I didn't mean to harm anyone, just want to show concern to all, that is my intention and nothing more. I appreciate your detailed information above.

I think it depends upon the telecom company what they use in the silver scratch panel. Scratching the panel with nail is obviously risky because it may contain harmful chemicals. and thanks for all other information for sharing.
