It doesn't cost a lot in India for a haircut, even in the best salons, its pretty affordable.

here in the philippines, if you go to salons it cost 50 pesos..with shampoo and blow dry..

i'm not really sure, cause i cut my own hair! But the last time i got a haircut, it was about 30$ ... a lot to save when you have hair like mine:P
