Deletion of The Account

My account was deleted due to 4 articles being suspected of copying from other website. I had already written 230 articles. I worked hard day and night writing them. What I don't understand is that how come my account was deleted while in the writing guidelines it says that articles which are plagiarized from others' work shall be deleted. It IS the articles that are deleted not the account. I have read all rules in that site (I don't have to mention the name of the site here) regarding the deletion of the account and I found none.If the admin deleted a member's account while the deletion of the account is not stated in all articles of the terms. I have emailed the admin but so far haven't got no response yet.
Did anyone here ever experience something like this?

Well, one of my blog was deleted few days ago because blogger said that it was a spam. I did not have many posts there, around 10, and it was actually quite new. I sent an appeal for a review but it just did not work out for me. They did not even tell me what was wrong with my blog and they just deleted it without any warning at all. I plan to start a new one soon enough but I will need to come out with some new topics to write about.

Hi ivade000, is your blog a blogspot? I don't think blogspot will delete your blog. It is only you who can delete it.

sad to hear that your EC account was deleted. Recently one of my article was deleted and i got the notification stated that it was a copied one, but i am the real author of the article, also the admin provide the link for the copied article, i am shocked while seeing it. Some person copied my article each and every line and placed it in another site. They must investigate about this before deleting the account. Hope you will get reply from the admin

Hi vidhyaprakash_2, thank you for your information. I just leave it to God. I have no more complaint about this. This is probably a sign that I will have to be careful in my next step. What hurts is that I have made 230 articles. You know I had to burn the midnight oil working on them!

vidhy, thanks for your concern. Just wanna let you know that I am a student of English literature focusing on English translation from other languages to English. It is imposible for me to copy other's work. How can I make an improvement if I am a copy cat? As a student, I have to write articles as many as I can. If the admin suspects me of copying articles from other websites, that's a big mistake.

Don't worry dear, submit your proof to them. Send a message to the admin to prove you are the genuine person, surely they will reconsider. I know your pains, i too shocked a lot while seeing the deletion of my own blog for a copy cat. After that i am very careful and avoid writing about money making. That blog is about money making, so only some person is copied it and posted it in another site. Hope you will get the judgement

Section 10 here: http://expertscolumn.com/content/terms-and-conditions refers to suspension of accounts. "[ExpertsColumns] reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny you access to the Website and/or the Website Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice and for any reason ..."
They also say (Section 4): "We may delete, edit, lock, move or remove any Content without notice and for any reason ... which, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or ... in respect of which We receives any complaint (whether justified or not)."
In other words, if they receive a complaint whether it is justified or not that an article has been copied from elsewhere, they may remove the article AND suspend your account. As it stands, it would appear to be quite easy for anyone wishing you harm to have your articles deleted and your account removed!
Just another reason why I would not want to write for ExpertsColumn!

Very good info, owlwings. It sounds very cruel to me. It seems that if admin hates the guy he can just easily delete the account. Okay, this explains everything. Thank my friend.

Hey bro,
Sad to hear about that, havent happened to me before but i hope that the admin will look into the matter more thoroughly and give you back the account they deleted it sucks that when you do toil on something with blood sweat and time is suddenly taken away or destroyed without due process or real explanation, is truly a big bummer, hope everything works out man.

Hi deo! Haven't seen you for ages? just come back from Middle East? Well, you must have brought a lot of gifts from there.
It's ok with me although my account was deleted. It should have been the the articles that admin thinks are copied from others--not my account. God will show the truth. There are still other sites. Here is one of the best. Thanks bro.

Yes, that's what I know too. Other sites usually rejects articles, which they think are not genuine but they don't delete the account. Thank for responding to this discussion.

Oh that is really disappointing.
With all that much 230 articles they deleted your articles? Now tell me, did you really copy those 4 articles from other authors? Did you do that really? If you did not then you have all the reasons to feel bad but if you really did then don't feel bad but take the good lesson out of this.
