Discomfort Resorts to Sleeping

It was not until recently that I got the response pattern whenever I get uncomfortable while travelling on a public vehicle. Before I just pretend that I sleep but now it is becoming real, and the pattern seems to happen regardless of vehicle. I rode behind the tricycle driver and if I did not notice that I was getting sleepy I already fell of the vehicle and I can not even protect myself due to the fact of being sleepy.
I find this behavior disturbing and I feel the urgency of getting rid of this. I have thought of resuming intake of negative ions and multivitamins to lessen the possibility of falling asleep. If you have some recommendations on what to do I will greatly appreciate your help.

Sleeping in an uncomfortable position is not normal I believe. At least in my case. The only time for me to fall asleep in an uncomfortable position perhaps would be under a circumstance where I am really tired and lacking sleep. Riding behind the tricycle while asleep is a very risky condition. Avoid riding that part. That would really spell a big trouble for you if you continue to do so. Next time, sleep inside the tricycle. :)

So next time, you better be careful. I also thought maybe you are overly tired most of the time, that may the reason for your sleepiness. Try to have the much needed enough sleep and rest to avoid excessive sleepiness. Again, next time be more careful. :)

Well, i think falling asleep in uncomfortable situations is pretty normal, well at least it seem normal to ME. Its happens to me all the time to. When I'm riding a car, I almost always fall asleep. But sometimes, there is some situation where I really have to stay awake. I would usually plug in my iPod and listen to it. But of course not those slow songs, those would probably just worsen the problem. I would usually play noisy songs and it would work.
