Bus Monitor Who Was Harrassed On NY School Bus

Recently a friend of mine showed me this video of a school bus monitor being harassed by some young boys riding. They were treating her terrible and talking about her boy that had killed himself. Kids will be kids though. I think they should be punished and taught not to disrespect older people. What are your views of this recent story?

Thats awful i seen it on tv i think the kids should be punished. They need to learn that that behavior is not acceptable.
