I am eyeing on travelling with my kids in
December for an overseas holiday as well as
to visit my family, friends and relatives.
Here are just few of the things I have
thought to organize prior to that trip.
- Make sure to have food, drinks and toys, as
well as other activity gadgets in a carry bag.
This is to keep them entertained while on
flight.
- Organize the itinerary that, of course, involve
lots of activities for kids to assure fun vacation
with them. This shall include, but not limited to
swimming, picnics, going to theme parks, museums,
etc.
- Set aside a separate day for yourself and spouse
when you can leave the kids with your family. This
is to make sure that you enjoy each other as well
free from stress, while the kids may have separate
activities as well with the family even just for a
day or two.
How about you? Do you want to share some of your
tips? I am looking forward to your responses. Ciao!

My family and I traveled a lot as a kid, all within the US, but sometimes 2 or 3 days of driving. My mom always had prize bags for each day of intense travel. She would put our favorite snacks, and "new" cheap toys, things like new crayons, coloring books, maybe a book from a series that we liked. She would pop it on us at different times of the day, usually when we started to get squirmy/high spirited.
Normally the stuff was in something the size of a brown lunch bag.
