I want to know which is best ? getting paid for unique downloads or $$/1000downloads ? Which would you recommend and pls tell me which sites are still paying their users.. I don want to be scammed ..

i know a site who pays $25/1000 downloads but it depends on what country who download your files, they have a 4 tier basis on it's rate if your interested add me and drop me a message. :)
