It is seen that our body movements do express those non-verbally communication displayed languages. Our body posture, gestures, facial expressions, eye movements and other movements of body do make impact and involve in the communication to others. Some movements occur subconsciously, mostly in defensive matter. It is well seen in those dump and deaf people.
I feel if we misjudge those body languages it would be better to say it off rather keeping mum. But it occurred when we were too long to be heard even if we shout that is in our mind. We had to show gestures to communicate to those fishermen out there…lucky they understood came ashore as there was a large ship that was just behind them. They thanked us…a lot….it was our gesture that saved them….

Sometimes we speak nice words. But our eyes shows anger.
Thus, no matter how sweet your words are , if you appear angry , it would be interpreted that you are indeed angry , not sweet.

I think that the expressions, bodily posture and gestures do say more than any words can express. Communicating can be done in many ways. We don't have to use words but our bodies or words on paper. Depends on the situation and the force needed in the message.

It's nice to use body language when we cannot speak up the message. Facial expression is also a very effective messenger of the contents of our heart, and coupled with body language. It really need common understanding for both parties so that communication is effective. when there's no common understanding, the effect will be the opposite.

There was a time when I wasn't actually angry, but people thought I was. Because I banged the door when I left but then I didn't even realized I actually banged it. It sent off a wrong impression. We need to be careful at all times. It's useful to smile I think.
