Alertpay changed its name because the company was having serious problems and was sold to another company which is working hard to make the company viable.
I believe that they changed the name, first, to show that it was under new management and, second, to disassociate the company from the adverse news reports about Alertpay.

Yes, owlwings is right. It was sold to another company and the backlogs they are experiencing is basically because of this transition.

so since the name is change and the new company is working hard on it....what are the statistics of the new one..?? is it growing..?? :)
