Can Boston Celtics can win an NBA Champion again.

When I watch the NBA match I always hear some commentators says that "The Aging Boston Celtics" why they have to say that? Not because Garnett,Pierce,Allen are getting old do all old people can't win a NBA crown when they get into the older stages of their basketball careers. I am not Celtics fans..But I think if Boston could only have some Talents beside Rondo. I think they can win a champion again. But so sad I heard that this is the last season of Garnett and Pierce maybe also Allen. What do you think guys can they still win a champion?
