It's definitely legit. It takes a long time to reach the $7.99 payout though. I've been paid twice and need about $1 more to request again. It also can take a couple of weeks for them to pay you once you've requested. It seems to me they pay their upgraded members first and then the standard members.

It may be legit. now, but after you reach the cashout amount, it can turn into a scam, there is no guarantee you will get pay after spend several months of your time in the website. You have to try it before you can know it is legit or scam. Cheer!
