Whether you like him or not, what Rush Limbaugh has to say in the following article from his website makes very scary sense. http://www.rushlimbaugh.com/daily/2012/06/28/why_employers_will_dump_health_insurance Remember, liberals, you voted for his dumb a$$.

Article 1 section 7 of the Constitution states: All bills for the raising of Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other bills. IT IS STILL UNCONSTITUTIONAL as far as I am concerned. I asked a lawyer about this today, David Limbaugh (Rush's brother) on twitter today. He said because it was not argued from this perspective it does not matter. DOES NOT MATTER? I thought we depended on the Supreme Court to MAKE SURE our laws were Constitutional? I've been on twitter all day with lawyers and Representatives discussing this, they all agree that under this section of article 1 in the Constitution, the 'tax' that was not a 'tax' is not Constitutional. Justice Roberts controversial vote and the courts ruling notwithstanding, we may have a back door to get rid of it with this section of the Constitution. My advice is call and email your Reps and Congressmen/women and demand they repeal on these grounds, and then VOTE for Romney and conservative who will uphold our Constitution from state to federal level.

Thanks for the comment Debra, As always, right on with your information. Hopefully the outrage and reaction to this "slap-in-the-face" to the majority will wake some fence sitters up. There has to be a way for America to regain control of her government. Our government is so out of control it will take a miracle to turn it around. I'm hoping that if the liberals didn't like the day after election day in 2010 they're really going to hate the day after in Nov 2012.

Hey, I sure never voted for Rush Limbaugh for anything...lol! He has to be who you meant by "dumb a$$", right? I agree, whatever Limbaugh has to say is usually scary, but it's never made sense as far as I could tell. Today he said our problems started when women were given the vote. Of course, he said afterwards that it was a joke, but he still said it and if he were a liberal he'd have been crucified by now! We NEED a single-payer health care system and I'm still hopeful we'll get it one day. Capitalism is great but now when it comes to people's lives. Health care should NOT be a for-profit business. Hello rodney. My grandson has already been informed that his employer is going to drop his employees insurance come the first of the year. The way Obama is acting it looks to me like he is trying to become a dictator with all his executive orders on any thing he wants. I understand a lot of Dr. will be leaving the profession because they can't afford to keep an office and a family and pay student loans. My primary told me that medicare pays 33 cents on the dollar and medicaid pays only 22 cents. When I lived in South Carolina there weren't any Rheumatologist in the state that took Medicare or Medicaid. Besides where will the innovations come from? We wouldn't need as much health care if we took better care of ourselves.

When you look at the recent actions President Obama these comments make sense. President Obama once commented that he wishes he had to power the premier of China had. Congress votes down immigration and he implements a form of amnesty. Congress votes down a carbon tax the the EPA implement new regulations. He wants to be seen as the savior to the varrious groups that support him. What he forgets is that each time you try to please one group you anger others. Rush is right we need less government.

Thanks for the input Bob, Our government is so out of control it's probably going to take a revolution on the scale of our first one to regain this country "for the people, by the people". The main reason our founders made the institutions of the senate and house of representatives a non-paying position from the beginning was to try and head off what these institutions have become today. Our legislative branch of our government (perhaps the most powerful of the three since most of the time the rulings handed down by the judicial branch are politically convoluted)has become more criminal than any mafia crime-lord could ever be. One of the main reasonings behind the congress being a volunteer position was to keep it from being a life-long career--exactly what we have today! Even back then they knew that this much power would corrupt even the most honest of men/women. Think about it, why do you spend millions of dollars to get elected to a 100k per year job? Because there is so much more money to be made under the table!
