help blood pressure

swimming can be good if you are having BP problem a doctor said in a medical conference. I wonder what it has to do with blood pressure.. of course swimming is a good exercise and a great calorie burner but BP?

Hi friend, swimming is the good exercise and have the ability to solve lot of health issues. Swimming will make the blood flow in a good way, while swimming we will get relaxation. I think swimming have the ability to control the BP

Yes it may be true, most of the doctors say so. Here in our land, it is monsoon season and ponds are getting cooler and cooler with new drims of rains. We all go for swim every evening and morning. It is type of exercise, which we have to follow every days. We all are doing exercise with lots of fun in the ponds.

If you are unhealthy then that can lead to high blood pressure so being fit and healthy is important thats why physical exercise is important.

sure it helps, you know if walking and jogging helps why not swimming unless you are trying to make a world record by doing it too fast. Slow strokes are as good as light exercise. One can do it safely, not making too much exhausting job.
