I want to have my very own recording!

There are plenty of programs which allow you to record your voice, including the basic, free one which is supplied with Windows. Perhaps a better free alternative is Audacity because that also allows you to modify the sound with filters and to do some very basic editing and over-dub recording. Audacity also has the capability of recording streaming (live) audio as your PC receives and plays it but, unfortunately, this option is now much more difficult because most sound drivers have removed the facility which allowed Audacity (and other programs) to 'listen in' to a live stream and record it as it plays. Most PCs are quite capable of recording sound at as good a quality as you could wish but if you want "high-quality" music, you will need a high-quality microphone, a good sound card and a quiet, echo-free environment. You cannot expect high quality with a cheap microphone and a room which has unnatural and unwanted reverberation and all sorts of extraneous sounds - including the hum of the computer!

It depends on what computer OS you are running. I use a MAC, so the free DAW (Digital Audio Woprkstation) software I use is GarageBand 10. Another free one is called Audacity, and it seems pretty good, too. There are others, but these two are probably (arguably) the best options out there, as far as sound quality and ease-of-use go. i am sorry,though i know some free software,but it is chinese,so i think you can not use it.

You should use audacity, you can either record from any sond device you have or you can even record the sound from your own computer! Its the best program you can use.
