Dear Mylot,
I see that you have announced quadruple earnings for Sunday July 1 and Monday July 2nd. Awesome! However, I don't feel that I need yet another lesson in frustration, so could you please make it so that I can post?
You see, it's Sunday, July 1 and I have to go to work in less than one hour. I have made only a handful of posts on here today as I am having nothing but trouble with the site. When I try to post it either takes 3 full minutes, I get the run time error message or the about.blank page and I can't post at all.
I will not get angry as tomorrow is another (quadruple earnings) day, and I trust that you will have the problem fixed by then.

Did you really believe that we would really be able to post enough to earn four times what we usually earn? I didn't and I haven't 
I didn't get excited when I saw the Alerts because I just guess that there would be ore down time or problems or whatever and I wasn't even here much.
What has irritated me is the fact that some users, after the downtime, were/are not able to post and they believe that everything is ok for the rest of us and that we are getting loads of money here while they can't post at all.
I think this was not a wise move and would have preferred a double earnings day once every thing was fixed. over and out

I can't post nor get messages ... in fact, things pretty much just hang for me no matter what I try to do. The positive things is that I haven't gotten many server error pages, but then again when it takes a half an hour to try to post something on a page that just keeps hanging I am not sure that is any better.

Hmmmm...I don't have posting time issues or even loading time issues. But I do have one experience on a discussion in which I can't post even after several trials. But still, I already posted a handful of times already without a seeming problem YET. Anyway, I hope everything will be back to normal with all the double, triple or quadruple treats working in our favor easily.

I have to admit MysD that I did think the problem was fixed and I could make some decent earnings...make up for lost time type of thing. Oh well, no sense getting too frustrated about it. I went to work and had a good evening at work. Now it seems to be back up again.
@ purplealabaster, I was getting the postings just hanging on the page too, that is WHEN I did manage to get into the site. A little disappointing to say the least.
@ AgentGulaman Good thing for you that you aren't having the same problems we were. I hope to catch up now that things seem to be working a bit better.

dear Suebee its the same frustration here. The system didnt work for almost all of our Sunday here and now I should get to bed in no later than an hour as the night will be over at 4 am for Monday, a new work day. And when I get home from work tomorrow there will not be any quadruple earnings any more....... sigh.........

Sorry to hear that for you. Well the timing for this quadruple spree is quite convenient for me as I don't have work on a Monday due to a holiday in our area. I just hope that the server issues will already be fixed so that each and everyone of us can benefit from the quadruple earnings.

still works so so over here. Cant post answers to older discussions. I have saved some notifications from the last two weeks as I wasnt online so much and intended to get back to this stuff later when I have more time on my hands.
But the newer notifications work now. I have taken the day off tomorrow, Tuesday, to be able to post some more.

I think that's just the way it goes. I can't quite remember what they said in the alert but I heard that the extreme weather problems in the US midwest affecting a lot of data centers there. Many servers got hit including Amazon's and probably Mylot's. So I think the problem is beyond Mylot's control.

LOL! Posting to this discussion was a lesson in frustration for me yesterday. I was trying to reply on this discussion and the one by Lambie, and either the comments would just hang and not post or they would look like they posted but then they would disappear. Finally, I just gave up and went and did other things that I really should have been doing rather than posting on here anyway.

Well, it seems that our "lessons in frustration" have definitely paid off not only in teaching us to have more patience but also in showing us that we really will be rewarded for our efforts!
In addition, we are getting an extra day of the quadruple earnings to make up for all the problems that we have been having, so it seems that myLot really is trying to make up for all the trouble, which is fantastic! YAY!

Well, I am just trying hard to post away. I am having problems too. However, my problem is a bit different. I am not able to post. Whenever I hit the submit button to post out my response, I get reverted back to the discussion page all over again. I tried several times but failed. But I only experienced this on one discussion yet. Well, it can be frustrating, but we can't help it.

Thanks for that heads up information mysD! Glad I run over this discussion again. When I logged in today, I didn't get to see any alerts. When I checked on my PMs I read that myLot is extending the quadruple earnings. That made my energy juices extra excited in staying up late and try posting more than I normally would!

Its getting really frustrating because, it seems like the beginning of every month there is mylot problems. also i really could use the extra days that havent been working to work so i can reach payout this month.

Yeah i only made a cent but, i wasnt on a whole lot, plus it was still going down and not working well.

It seems that it always goes down at the end of the month doesn't it? If I were one of the ones racing to reach payout I would find it very annoying and frustrating. Even with the supposed 4X earnings, I only managed to make .27 cents yesterday. Not exactly 4X what I would make on a normal day of posting here.

I understand exactly what you mean. They said though in the announcement that there may still be issues because of the storms that they will have to work out.

Hi Sue,
I think we all felt a little frustrated. I just did other things but sure did miss this place. It had to do with all the storms they were experiencing and millions of power outages. Last I heard 11 people got killed. I understand why they were down and I actually kind of figured it might have something to do with the storms. It just started storming here and I'm hoping it's not as intense as the one they had. I've been working all weekend so between Mylot being down and that, this is really the first I've been able to spend some time on here.

I think I have posted enough despite all the problems. I am sure they knew it what was in store and only an offer like this could keep looters glued to site. there is nothing to complain because being a marketing professional I know- how a clearing sale is executed!! So nothing to worry, this only made me a little active although I lost tons of my postings in the process.

I think it is the same for everyone. It sounds good at first, you think "Oh Wow, 4x the earnings" but you soon realize that you won't actually be earning very much due to all the problems. Oh well. I still think it's a good idea from the perspective of the mylot devs but for the users, or at least for THIS user, it has become more like "meh, maybe I'll get on it today, maybe not, no big deal".
Even a lure like 4X earnings can't keep me on a site that doesn't work.
