regional favorites

I am a Punjabi and Punjabi are fond of Tandoori especially, Tandoori chicken although there much more to Tandoori. But once people eat Tandoori chicken they do not find chicken cooked in any other way. Actually this is kind of grilling the whole chicken in especially designed ovens where they taste entirely different.

since the psychoartist is born and bred in the american south, i love and miss those foods, like fried chicken, pecan pie, macaroni and cheese, buttermilk biscuits, collard greens and cornbread, multi-layered chocolate cake, chicken and dumplings, lemon meringue pie, caramel cake, chicken and dressing...the list could go on! now that we live in minnesota, i really love the dairy products here...milk, cheese, ice cream, they are really creamy, quality and amazing...in fact, the psychoartist is going to have to lay off these exceptional foods as the dairy product pounds are piling on!
