Have to be positive on this one

I do not actually believe in luck, nor i believe in coincidence.. but sometimes i believe in destiny or meant to be..i mean there are just incidence in our lives that make us think of those right? Well last Friday i was browsing a local website here where you can post ads, where clothes to lots to cars are being sold.. i went to the real properties category and saw an ad of a lot being sold at 450,000 at 200 sq meter, city area.. it got me thinking, this is so cheap as the lots here in the city area all so expensive, not less than 1m...so i called the number and the lady said it is available and can be thru pag ibig. hurray. so me and hubby went last saturday afternoon, met with the one selling the property and i even told her this is too good to be true and she said it is true as they want to sell the property.. it is a big property actually where they had to divide it all too 200 sq meters and all are mostly sold and the one we want is the only available.. so i am being positive right now that we can put it up on mortgage at Pag ibig home development fund and we will be able to get that lot. I hope so. fingers crossed. Plus when we arrived at the area, the couple who was selling the lot looked familiar as hubby said and he asked them for their names, the guy was in a cap and shades when he took it off hubby went laughing as he actually know the guy, had drinks with him and it is a cousin of his friends..so that actually sold the deal.
