guess i'm lucky then, huh? i eat a lot. well not that much but i've always been petite. i love foood! and the fact that i don't get fat easily makes me love food more! haha. but i know i have to be careful because i might regret later. oh noes! i hope not! oh well guys, take care of yourselves! :)

i do not know. i haven't read of anything bad being so thin despite of being a gluttony! haha! always remember to eat healthy foods such as veggies and fruits!

Same here. Although now I am forcefully trying to gain weight to no avail. It must be with our genetics and metabolism. My co workers always wonder where I put all the food I eat. I always order almost double or triple the amount of food that my work mates eats during lunch and break but they are the ones getting fat and I am the one becoming thin. Really perplexing isn't it?

Well, I think that there is a problem especially when you are with those people who are well built and buff enough to make me look smaller and thinner. Also, some clothes are not nicely fit on you when you are too much thin or too much fat either. So there some disadvantages. Being on the average weight is still the way to go.

I would like to state that getting fat ot thin does not entirely depend on you food habits. It depends upon you body structure also. U know sometimes u see that a thin man is eating a lot but still he is thin. So eat whatever u like but still take healthy foods. It will not affect your health then.

yup that's right. I'm a really petite person. the heaviest weight i got so far was 46kgs. and now i weigh 43. hahah. my mom's telling me to eat more because she thinks im too thin. but i'm fine with my body. i actually feel fat sometimes. lol. thanks. i watch what i eat now. ;))

There are many people who just around me and eating a lot.But the thing is that after they enjoyed the meal,but doesn't seems to gain weight.That's really confused me,but anyway,this may depends on the personal body type.Just enjoy all what we get,it' a gift from god.

YUh. i actually feel lucky i don't have to worry that much about getting fat, i enjoy my food a lot, and i eat lots of 'em. hahah. But i watch what i eat now. I'm afraid i might get the bad outcome one day. and i don't want that to happen. hahah. thanks for the response. take care. :)

You have high metabolisme just like a friend of mine. Normally, after finish eating some heavy meals my tummy would bloat, but she didn't. She always has her flat tummy even though she's a big eater herself, BUT that was a few years ago. After she got married, she slowly gaining weight. I guess as most health experts' advice it's not only because of the aging process, but regular exercise is important to keep fit as well as less intake of calories when the metabolisme slows down. I am a foodie myself and I haven't jog for quite sometime so, I am gaining weight. Yikes. I need my running shoes now. Well, becareful with what you are eating especially those food with high cholestrol and keep fit.

thats a good thing to happen,even i do eat a lot many a times when i go out with my friends but never ever i get fat,i believe that it has got something to do with our proteins and some body conditions,have you ever wondered about it ?

You are one of those lucky chicks. I had a cousin like that. She could eat anything she wanted, and then she would never gain a pound. It can catch up to you though as you get older. You have to be careful.

Like you, I used to be one of the lucky ones when it came to eating whatever I wanted, but remaining petite. I would eat two or three Big Macs every day, as well as a pound of Peanut M&M's daily and all sorts of other foods, including three meals. I never gained weight for decades.
But when I got older, my metabolism changed and I now have to be a bit careful.

I am the same to you,I eat a lot ,but I am in good shape.I think the reason is that I like exercise .I play badminton three times one week ,and sometimes I play football .Exercise brings me happiness ,and it is helpful to keep me in shape.
