Are you able to get past the stress and tremors of life and really enjoy it? Are you personal medical issues so extreme that you can't really enjoy and be a 'student of life'? Can you set back, relax and just enjoy what life has to offer. What is the best part of your life?

My days in high school and my college days were the golden periods of my life.I was regarded by my friends and teachers as a good student. So did my parents.I paid full attention to my studies and cleared my final exams with distinction. The results of my final exams were declared and the very next day my father expired due to a sudden heart attack. It proved to be the turning point in my life.Soon I found myself burdened with the responsibility of sustaining my family that consisted of eight members.I had neither any business nor any job nor the idea of starting a business of my own.I was beset with troubles.Still I maintained my calm and continued my pursuit for a source of income. Now I have got wiser. The past is gone. Now I am facing the downs.Yet I am satisfied.I try to draw inspiration from everything that takes place in my life.No stress,no tension.I am happy and will remain happy.

Good. That must be wonderful. I can't always face things with calm and quiet. Wish I could.

i enjoy every phase of my life. Even with trials i would go on with life with hope that everything will soon get to pass and be okay.
Now that i am older, i enjoy seeing my classmates from high school and gathering to have some videoke session in a rented videoke room with them.
Indeed, i can say that i am enjoying life as it rolls.

i seldom get stressed a lot, physically and it would sometimes result to emotionally affected by whatever's going on in my environment. but i tend to move on right away whenever i feel sad or disappointed. i wake up thinking it's gonna be fine today. i try to divert my head from negative stuff and do something that would somehow makeme smile a bit.
the only relaxation i can get to right away is listening to music and everything will be ok for as long as im with my earphones haha..

I don't have any major health problems other than being over-weight. I could stand to lose quite a bit of weight and it does interfere with enjoying some things but it is not a constant problem. In the past I have had major back problems that kept me from enjoying several things. After I got to the point that I could barely walk I went to see a chiropractor that was recommended to me by a family member. The sessions with the chiropractor worked and I felt so much better after my first hands on visit. I was amazed at how simple it was for him to fix my problems. I still had to continue to go back to him every week but with each week there was more improvement. At that point in life I was very happy to do it. If I ever get to that point again I will return to the chiropractor. The major things in life slowing me down right now is lack of money.

My daughter has had to go to the chiropractor afew times too. Glad it helped you. Lack of money is a good one for us all. We could all use a wind fall. huh?

I guess these scars , tremors and stress will shape a person character and how he will survive further trauma in the future.BEcause how u face these feelings will shape your in the future.Human can escape from being hurt , the idea is to heal faster or avoid problems if possible and learn how to identify and predict these bad things. Furthermore , need to learn to relax , enjoy life and be thankful of wat we have because somewhere there are people worst than us.

Yes, it is hard to motify or change behaviour or even responses after a long period of the same thing. Relaxing is very important. Something to practice.

Well, stress and tremors in my life have been a heavy issue that we always face in our life.... but without them life would be so boring, it makes you who you are today since it trains you to become a better person that you would like to become........
Medical issues can be very tough, it can really hurt your pocket and can really cause other people to worry about you........ But as they say we must ALWAYS LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST!!!!!

I think we should try to remove the stress and tension in our life and try to live every second of life. I used to have stress and tension in my life. Now a days I try to live every second of life and thinks that we need to live every second of life and try to enjoy life as it came. I think best part of my life is the beginning days of my marriage and now. I try to relax and enjoy life as it came. Our lives are not the same. It do change a lot.

That would sure be nice if we could possibly do that. I have commited to helping my daughter raise her son. He has ODD and she is bi-polar. Never a dull moment. Stress and tension are an every day and continuous thing. I really wish it were as easy as you make it sound and I am glad you were able to get it out of your life.

I totally agree. I think life is just too short. I do set and ponder some things from time to time though.

Unfortunately, no. I've suffered with Depression and General anxiety for a good portion of my life and I can never just sit down and feel good about life. I'm getting help now from professionals, and hopefully that cures me of my fear of people, but I've spent so many years now that I'm disappointed in myself.
What could I of done if I would of gotten help 10 years ago? I don't know.
Either way, now that I've lost the only woman I've ever really loved(she left me ~2 months ago) it's getting even harder to enjoy life.
And I can't really say I have a best part of my life. I don't really enjoy any of it. I work to make other people happy, for nothing in return, and still am unappreciated. Oh well.

You sound like me. It takes a long time to get the help you need, find the right meds, etc. It isn't easy. I wouldn't give yourself a bad time over it. You need to get some tools to learn that help you get to the bottom of the problems so you get past this and move on in life. Find the medication you need and it will help you feel better.

my student life is all about assignment, homework but it just okay if just studies but when financial problem came in, it just get worse. i have to be at collge and workplace after college. sometimes, i missed my assignment and study for final exam hours. it just hard to choose because in work , you can earn income and learn some knowledge and experiences, in college, you only can learn from book. I thought i have enough time for working, it turned out not that case .

It's difficult for me to do that. I have depression and anxiety, and am by nature a negative person. I am working on it though, and trying to erase negative thoughts from my life and be in the moment, and enjoy it, be happy. I feel like there's no reason to live my entire life negatively when there is so much to be positive about :)

i have fibromyalgia and yet i work part time, am a parent and a wife, as well as working another couple of jobs on a very part time basis as well as a crafter. to relax, i love to read. i carve out time to read every night and just to sit and relax.
i have to say i love everything about my life. God has a reason for the fibromyalgia. i love my job and the people i work with (i work 3 mornings a week) the other jobs i do, i do with my hubby (it will be our 25th anniversary in October) i love our two daughters (one is 15 and the other 19 and is going to college in the fall). my passions are God, missions, my family, arts and crafts and history.

The time I gave up my work in the call center was the time I felt really relaxed and the stress of the everyday life I had at work left me. I enjoy life right now as it is though there are still some problems but for me having little or no stress with work is the best thing that ever happened to me.

My motto in life is dont take life too seriously. Of course, tremors, stress and challenges are part of the student's life. Live with it and make the situation right and make the most out of it.

I wish I had started out with your attitude at a early age. I didn't know I was depressed and could have had a much better frame of mind if I did.

Stress happens only if we are thinking a task simultaneouly in a confused state of mind.Always split a task and do it one by one,we sholuld always think the tasks which can be done by us.If you do a task in calm and peaceful mind any task can be finish by you without stress.Do not get tense when doing jobs,if you do it will spoil the nature of work completely.we can beat stress by not involving in others matters and comparing with others status with us.

My stress and the panic attacks that come after are brought on by the fear of the unknown. How will it all come out. Will we be okay! That sort of thing. And if it takes me order before I can combat it then I am lost in the fog and go down in this deep abbys. But if I am able to combat it early enough then I can get over it rather easy. The medication I am now helps alot.
