ultrasound result is normal

my father in-law was complaining about his right eye that he can't see and he had headache too. he went to a doctor and had it for a check up and is required for an ultrasound. yesterday, they got the ultrasound result and it was normal. this puzzled his family. in my opinion, the situation that my father in-law is facing right now is maybe because his heart is full of hatred and anger towards his brother in-law. maybe is just emotionally stressed and he had an attitude too. That even his own family sometimes lose their patience towards him, that sometimes he(father in-law) can create commotion in the house. but i don't know how am i going to tell my hubby about my opinion, cause i don't want him to feel bad. he (hubby) knows that i don't like the attitude of his father but sometimes i get pity to my father in-law. and i felt sorry for him cause he can't let go of the hatred and anger he had in his heart. even though talk and settle their conflicts already.
